What your written quote includes
- Daily session fees for the days you selected, shown before and after subsidies
- How Victorian Government Free Kinder funding is applied to your child's program
- An estimate of your Child Care Subsidy entitlement where relevant (final determination is made by Services Australia)
- Any applicable levies, such as excursion or incursion contributions
- Orientation and gradual entry session costs, if any
- Enrolment and waitlist steps, plus key dates for the upcoming kindergarten year

Is the quote really obligation-free?
Yes. A quote carries no commitment to enrol, and there is no cost or deposit required to receive one. You are welcome to request more than one quote as your plans change.
Does Free Kinder mean we pay nothing?
Funded kindergarten programs delivered at our service are free for Victorian families under the Free Kinder initiative. Where your child attends an integrated program within long day care, the funding offsets the daily fee, and care outside the funded program hours, such as before and after kindergarten care, may attract a fee. Your quote shows exactly what applies to your chosen sessions.
How long does a quote take?
Written quotes are emailed within two business days of receiving your request. If your enquiry is urgent, note that in your email and we will do our best to prioritise it.
Can the quote include the Child Care Subsidy?
Where relevant, we include an estimate of your Child Care Subsidy based on the information you provide. The final subsidy rate and hours are determined by Services Australia, so we always show the underlying fees as well.
